Record the model, seating layout, battery, voltage, motor, controller, brakes, wheels, color and required accessories line by line.
Included and excluded
Confirm the charger, spare parts, branding, export packing, inspection documents and any destination equipment included in the quoted total.
Commercial basis
Use the same currency, Incoterm, destination port, payment milestones, quote validity and tax or duty assumptions for each comparison.
Approval and schedule
Separate specification freeze, sample approval, production, inspection and dispatch dates instead of relying on one unqualified lead-time number.
