Can KEPLER review a sample project first?+
A sample request can be reviewed after the platform, intended use and customization scope are defined. Availability, cost and schedule belong in the written project quotation.
Does customization affect lead time?+
Yes. New components, special finishes, tooling, testing and approval cycles can change the schedule. Confirm milestones only after the project scope is approved.
Can every requested feature be installed?+
Every request is reviewed for engineering compatibility, safety, sourcing and destination-market requirements before it is included in the final specification.
