RESORT FLEET / SITE ASSESSMENT
Map the property before choosing the vehicle.
A resort fleet should reflect the actual guest routes, access needs, operating pattern and service plan. Use a site brief to compare configurations on the same basis.
Routes and terrain
Map typical and longest routes, gradients, surfaces, turning space, sheltered areas and any operating restrictions on the property.
Passenger movement
Define seating, step-in access, luggage or equipment needs, driver duties and the peak guest movements each vehicle must support.
Duty cycle and charging
Record operating windows, expected trips, rest periods, charger locations, available power and the time allowed between shifts.
Guest and brand brief
Approve body color, upholstery, weather protection, lighting, storage, branding and other details that affect the guest experience.
Evaluation and approval
Test or review the proposed vehicle against representative routes, then freeze the accepted configuration and unresolved items in writing.
Service readiness
Agree routine maintenance, operator guidance, spare parts, fault reporting and warranty steps before the wider fleet is released.
